Participation in GPP 2025 provided us with excellent opportunities": Alkhorayef Printing Solutions

The inaugural edition of Gulf Print & Pack Saudi Arabia, the Middle East’s leading commercial print and packaging trade show, held recently at Riyadh Front Exhibition Conference Center (RFECC), marked a significant milestone for the Kingdom's printing and packaging industry, bringing together more than 5,052 visitors from 54 countries. Alkhorayef Printing Solutions (APS), a leader in the Saudi market, attended the debut GPP 2025 Saudi Arabia. APS General Manager Awad Alanazi said: "Our experience at Gulf Print & Pack 2025 was highly positive at Alkhorayef Printing Solutions. Our booth attracted a large number of customers and suppliers, and the display of our printing and packaging solutions, along with our unique setup, was very well-received. We successfully concluded a couple of deals during the event and are optimistic about securing more significant opportunities in the future. At the event, Alkhorayef Printing Solutions showcased a wide range of innovative solutions focusing on sustainability and digital transformation. We were honored to host a tour for His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources and his deputy at our pavilion, where they explored the latest technologies we provided. In addition to the tour, we presented a digital printing solution for cartons, a paper bag machine, corrugation printing services, and customized packaging solutions, which we believe can benefit not only large factories but also end-users. We conducted live demonstrations of these cutting-edge printing and packaging solutions throughout the event.

"Participation in GPP25 provided us with excellent opportunities to showcase, capabilities and new to partners, customers, and visitors in the Saudi market. We engaged with high-quality prospects and generated many promising leads, which we plan to follow up on in the coming weeks. Our goal is to evaluate the true return on investment from these connections. From an organizational standpoint, the event was well-managed, though there were areas, such as the lighting in the venue, that could have been improved. Despite the show’s unusual schedule, it remained consistently busy, even on the final day. The quality of visitors at this event exceeded that of the Dubai edition, providing a strategic opportunity for us to engage directly with the local market and industry. As a company based in the Kingdom, we are eager to support the development of the Saudi printing and packaging sector by showcasing our expertise with the latest solutions. Participating in the Riyadh edition allowed us to effectively market our business, build new partnerships, and gain valuable insights into the evolving Saudi landscape."
